Golden Tees Fore Complete stopped working

I have had the Golden Tees Fore Complete for about 5 years now, just moved to the garage a couple months ago. It has been working fine, even in the garage, then last week when I went to turn it on and use it it would not get past loading game and would show boot failure.

Ran start button test and received the following notices:
Hard drive Test Failed
Sign Port Test Failed
Board Test Failed

Things I know (not much)
Eagle 40 MB System Boot
Version 2.01
Bought from Video game company at auction
Worked flawless lass 5 years
Red Board Model 2011

Thank you for any help you may have. Not sure what direction to go.
