Component identification

Hi All,

What is this component? It’s installed on my pcb and the silkscreen says x1  so thought it may be an oscillator or something, my component tester says it’s a 470pf capacitor there is a K on top which I assume is a 10% tolerance, if it is 400pf then 470 is out of tolerance anyway isn’t it? I want to replace it as one leg is missing it’s just soldered On.

Where can I get a suitable replacement? When I search for square blue film cap a lot of them say 400v so maybe that’s a voltage on the front, I’m confused.
