Thanks.  It looks even better in person.  Gameongrafix really delivers!

Glue some battens to the right and the left insides of the cab and velcro the CP to them. I used this for my Pinup cab, that CP is going nowhere.

I have battens in place already but the thickness of the velcro will throw things off.  Right now the CP is a perfect fit as is.  Maybe I can add another batten to the inside but recessed the thickness of the velcro?  Not sure there is room for that though.

yamatetsu:

If you have a router, you can shave off the height of the velcro at the underside of the CP at both sides, so that it sits flush.

Or even a chisel - figure the batons are pretty soft wood so shouldn't take much to chisel out a few spots deep enough to add the velcro and keep the same height !

Alright... a little progress but not by me.  Arroyo has hooked me up and fixed the white border that I just can't seem to live without.   ;D

Here is the before and after shot so you guys can see the difference - really nice job.  He even fixed other problem areas (not just the marquee where it was obviously off).  All of the curves follow the edge of the cab a lot nicer.  Huge thanks to Arroyo - this is going to look sweet!

... assuming I can actually place the art properly when the time comes!  Thinking about it is making my brain hurt.  ;D

Next step is finishing off the control panel - problem is finding the time to actually do it.  I'm hopeful this Saturday will be productive.  Wife and kid going to NYC for a show.  Other 2 kids with me and we have flag football in the morning, then soccer and then baseball but otherwise the day will be open.. wait... that doesn't sound open...
