You probably hate cilantro, too. Anyway, apparently IPAs, double IPAs, sours, and hazy wheat ipas are old and busted and brut ipa is the new hotness. Houston has so many breweries now it's unbelievable and this whole thing is going to crash and burn hard. But, hey. $12.50 a class, why the hell not. |

It is like drinking a bottle of perfume. I can drink pretty much anything. IPAs are the only beer I really hate to drink. I love cilantro, just not in my beer. |

There are 3 breweries on the street that I work on (and another opening soon) and about 6 within a few blocks. I don't think anything is going to "crash and burn", but the space is defiantly very competitive so you see small breweries pop up and fail pretty quickly and often.
