I'm under 35 and get that. But I am not typical for my age.

You can buy the concentrate and dump a tablespoon in iced tea once a day and it's actually quite good.   Might be worth a shot for $15.

Yeah! It's the antioxidants, pomegranates are loaded with 'em. It's another one of those power-foods (like Honey, Avocados, Ginger, Turmeric).

Not only are antioxidants good for your skin, and can reduce the risk of cancer, but studies have shown that it helps reduce the severity and frequency of migraines for those who are susceptible to them.

Definitely try upping your antioxidant intake for a month or two. It's one of those home remedies from the holistic folks. I personally try to get my antioxidant intake from red wine as much as I can...   ;)

Memories of my grandmother making buttermilk crepes makes me super chuffed.  She was an awesome baker and made mouth watering fried chicken in an electric skillet.

Grandmas and those electric skillets are no joke.  Probably a big contributor to my obesity.

You ought to try frying your own chicken.  I bust out the oil whenever my wife leaves town and I've gotten pretty good at it.
