Eh everybody our age seems to have problems so I try to keep that into perspective. At one time I was seeing 4 specialists and now I'm down to one for the migraines, so I call that a win. Our friend eds1275 is having a real bad time. :( |

My dad swears by pomegranate juice as causing a huge reduction in the frequency and severity of migraines. I knew some scientists studying it 10 years ago and turned him on to it. You can buy the concentrate and dump a tablespoon in iced tea once a day and it's actually quite good. Might be worth a shot for $15. :cheers: |
