Golden Tee 2005 Complete Troubleshooting

Newbie here.

New to me GT 2005 Complete machine. New HD and eprom. PSU is consistently at 5.09v. Looking for ideas to trouble shoot. I'm leaning toward graphics card. Thoughts? Video below. It freezes and resets at a different spot each time, but always less than 5 min into gameplay.

could be your card.... but most likely your voltage is probably too low.

which board is this? red board? green board?

it's 5.09 volts tested from where? I adjust my voltage so that on the chips themselves it's 5.15 or 5.10 at it's lowest. (run the game for a few minutes and watch the voltage) don't worry what the voltage at the power supply is. it's going to have a pile of loss through the connectors and the wires.
