I-PAC Ultimate I/O and Uila S Flash

Does anyone know if the I-PAC Ultimate I/O and Uila S Flash will work together? I have read that the PacLED64 wont work with multiple LED's on the same line. I'm looking to add LED's to Seimitsu buttons.
