IT's still there you just have to bypass the warning page about it being a malicious site ( IT's a false positive report but USe at your own risk ) - http://malafe.net/index.php?page=download
When you go to downloads (as shown in attachment below) Right click and choose Allow Download and it will then download properly ( The virus alert is regarding the MalaKeyhook.dll which triggers the anti virus due to the way it works and since that file has not been removed the Browser has flagged the site as malicious to protect you ! )

ISPs have blocked it in the past. For a while it would come up on Comcast at home, but was perfectly fine on Verizon at work.
