mrhowell:
Co-workers that abuse pain pills and sleep all day and the management that won't deal with it.

I was able to quit smoking by vaping.  25 year smoker.  Try it, it works.

Good for you for quitting, but that stuff affects me far more than cigarette smoke, as far as the high employee, that's when I'd make an anonymous phone call to HR (assuming your company is big enough for you to actually be anonymous, I think it's time for one of those random drug tests that the handbook is always threatening but never happen)

HR probably knows.  This is a difficult thing to deal with in a large corporation these days.
BadMouth:
Unsure about  a few new hires, but not long ago it was 100% confirmed that I was the only person here not on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety prescriptions.
(my co-workers and boss talk openly about what they're on and how much of it they're taking)

I argued that I should be able to have 2 beers throughout the day since I wasn't taking anything, but they couldn't bring themselves to give an employee permission to drink on the job.

Pretty sure one of the new hires isn't on anything.  She's fed up and angry with this place after only being here a month.
That's the appropriate reaction of someone who isn't drugged.

That must mean I'm the one they complain about, right?   :-\

Yeah, you're "that guy".
