the most accurate thing ive ever read here was when someone said "people ask me how much my arcade would cost to buy, and i tell them 6,000. They laugh because they have zero clue what time and effort it took to build" and i find myself saying that often to everyone who "OMG WANTS ONE HOW MUCH!?!?".. With that being said relevantly, Id go with the guy who said its worth what it would cost to get back. To me it seems rebuilding it is not an option where you are, so take that into account. So value it at how much time and money it would cost to rebuild, plus the fact you dont have access to things you need. Secondly as someone said my main question is how much they charge per dollar on insurance. Im going to guess its a fair fee, and im sure a company would like to tend to not destroy things. ASSUMING fees are FAIR, go with 2-3000. Its the companies money if they lose/break it. And its your peace of mind during the process.... again thats solely based on assuming you wont get killed for 3000 coverage
