Remember 10 hasn't been officially released yet. --- End quote --- I had a copy of trial copy of 7 before it came out and it ran fine. I would just hate to go through all the headache of installing 10 and then not have a legitimate copy of Windows. Plus it looks like they are still trying to use the basis of Windows 8. Which I am not a fan of. I even find it annoying on my Tablet. Truth be told if I could find a way to still run 2000 I would be happier than a pig in ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---. |

I'm running Win10 right now and loving it. Far snappier than 8 and it doesn't shove the tablet nonsense down your throat. It's still there, but not front-and-center. |
Howard_Casto:
Yeah nobody that's actually used it has anything of consequence bad to say about win 10. |

On a side note...Solid State Drives are fast as Hell. Well worth the $. |

Why not try XP64? :laugh2: It would be quicker if you got Windows 10 for that NUC, then use that XP license for the official Windows 10 upgrade. Or you can use XP and enjoy the self abuse. Your choice. |
