Yeah, their adobo is great on just about everything. I've eaten so damn much of it it's not even funny. And it's a glorious misappropriation of a name that refers to an entirely different type of seasoning, the likes of which are rarely seen outside the confines of Huy Fong Sriracha. Also a big fan of their pimento stuffed olives. |

Was introduced to adobo by Puerto Ricans in the USVI. They mixed it with corn meal, rolled everything in it, and fried in peanut oil. And by everything I mean EVERYTHING. Octopus, shark, endangered species, tuna, etc. |
