Well you'll be able to play as Baraka and the gang eventually. We aren't going to try any serious mods until the last of the DLC drops because NRS keeps hammering us with 15gb updates. I agree, the focus on the new characters is bad. You'd think they'd learn by now but any game that doesn't include all the ninjas, Shao Kahn, a MORPHING Shang, and the outworlders isn't popular and they have to re-do it. I mean they've been making the same mistake since mk3.... don't replace the roster, expand it. In all of the ps2 era the only two characters that people really liked were Kenshi and Frost. That's 3 games with a ton of new characters each game.... we approved of two. Tobias used to design the characters and he's long gone. That's probably the problem. I think it's kind of like Hulk Hogan's kids are considered Hogans even though they really aren't. It's a celebrity thing. |
