Now what am I gonna do with it?
Anyone got any info on how to set this thing up. I know I need a card, but would liek to get it ready to go when the package gets here.

When I bought my Raspberry Pi (1st version) I also ordered an SD card with the Raspbian OS pre-installed.  Can you do something similar for the Pi 2?

edited to add: Looks like you can!.  Only 10 bucks, too.

Sjaak:
Just put RetroPie on a card

All you need to know is here:

I would start with NOOBS, if your not just going to use it for gaming.

Also see below for one of many easy ways to install the OS other then NOOBS with out command line.  I use a Mac but there are Windows and Linux programs that do the same.

Piplay is an OS for retro gaming for the PI, and yes there are others (see above) this is just one I kind of like that you could try. The good news is it's easy to try lots of OS's.

I have used pimame and it's a solid product that is always getting worked on.  PiPlay has all the emulators for pi working out of the box I highly recommend it.

Now here's what I do with my pi,  I use it for several different functions at different times.  Just buy another sd card for 5 bucks and you can have all sorts of different things ready to boot and try until you find your personal favorite.
