Know what I love about my local library? It is free. You are providing a yearly service, not a library.
Please, newcomers who see this (stickied... really?) post, please do a 30 second google search for what you are looking for. Chances are you will find the manual you need. No need to pay money to someone who doesn't own the copyright to the information.
What we need is more folks uploading old technical information to the web for free (such as the example set by the BYOAC wiki and fine folks like Ken Layton) rather than putting it behind a paywall.

there is alway one
as far as the library
allot of effort and time has been put into this compilation
it was put together to provide a convenience, for people who don't want to search out information all over the web, IE people in the business or serious collector who would rather spend time working on their equipment rather than searching for the necessary information they need
all files have been properly named (not 10 of the same manual with different file names to search through)
all categorized to be found easily when needed
there are sample pages (a clone of the entire site) so people can see what is on the site
one look around and it will be evident there is allot of information on coin op machines in one place, not just the same 50 - 100 or so video game manuals every other game site posts
