Haven't seen his angry side. Just the side that doesn't seem terribly interested in answering basic customer questions. :dunno

Bummer you had a poor experience. I've had nothing but good experiences with GGG. Communication does indeed sometimes take a little bit, but I've never waited more than a day for a response. Pretty impressive when standard email support from MOST places says multiple days for responses. Also, if you can't contact him via the website, PM him through here. Has always worked for me.
