wmame.59 has frontend already?

its me agin is this true that wmame.59 has a front end already?can I use this to put different systems? and also can anybody guide me where I can find software and instructions how to install and use vsynmame? I found a site but it has u files to download including a binari that I dont know what to do with,I know I am a dummy but this is new to me.. thank you for all your help people you guys are the best......... ???

not really

mame.exe is the win32 api version without a frontend (so it can work on winNT/2000/xp)
mamed.exe is the original dos compile (no frontend)

mame32.exe is the original windows port with a frontend.  This is maintained by another group of people
