Nope, not easy, you basically have to be a wizard to pull it off and even then no one seems to have documented a complete solution.
I'm too tired to dig through that thread but does it seem that they're kind of going backwards on this? Wouldn't a more fruitful line of attack involve using reference carts, such as say... Super Mario Bros. Do the appropriate dumps of the ROMs, then run them through a diff? I believe the PC10 carts had an extra block of memory for some sort of game hints or something. I also can't see Nintendo going through the hassle of programming whole new games from the ground up for what is essentially a modified NES. Point being the extra stuff probably just "hangs" off of the original programming. So as long as you keep that kind of thing in mind, you should be able to spot what differs then work your way through that way. Then you start working your way down through the hardware.
I guess the only catch is the PC10 motherboard has some sort of checksum?
I dunno, someone probably already looked into that. I don't have a PC10 and I'm not in a hurry to get one so....meh.
