PS2 wheel on MAME

<< < (2/3) > >>

crtrrss:
Every time I try that cmd says that the system cannot find the path specified

BadMouth:
Open windows notepad.
Copy and paste this into it.

--- Code: ---mame -cc
--- End code ---

Save it as "createconfig.bat"
(change file type to "all types" so it saves as a .bat file and not a .txt file)

Put it in the same folder as MAME.

Double click on it.

Does your pelican wheel show up in windows?  If not, all of this is pointless.

crtrrss:
It doesn't specifically recognize the wheel. It recognized the ps2 to USB converter though and my regular controllers work well on it

Howard_Casto:
Ok stop right there.

Go into the windows control panel and check the operation of the wheel to make sure it actually moves the axis ect...

I can almost guarantee you that they don't move.  These usb 2 whatever adaptors are generally cheap Chinese junk that barely works with the console's default controller.

crtrrss:
Crap. It doesn't recognize it as a wheel. It only sees the buttons that are on the wheel. I might buy a decent racing wheel later
