Watching Tremors 3 and saw this Arcade game. Wonder if there is an actual Game out there (like others "Space Paranoids, Fix It Felix etc...). |

I could've done without the Ass Blasters or the Screechers but it does stay with the toungue-in-cheek humor that is the heart of the original. @OP: As far as I know, no. There was one in the tubes about ten years ago. I don't recall if the planned game was the one intended to be in the film, never bothered to pursue it. IIRC, they never actually show the game onscreen so it's anybodies guess as to what the gameplay may have been like. When I went on a quest to learn more about the J-Series truck in the film I came across a few fan made games of their take on the Graboids game. Nearly every one I found were/are moused based shooters and IMHO, they suck. I couldn't find any of the original crap game from that search (all my bookmarks are 404 now) but this one plays almost identical (might even be the same game with a different intro) http://www.purely-games.com/dirt_dragons.html There's also a crap side scroller (the Graboids jump, lame ::) ) with an obvious loose tie-in to the film. |
