FS - Selling my JAMMA cab.. [ UK ]
« on: February 01, 2012, 09:45:23 am »
I'm moving and so have to sell my arcade cabinet & games.

It's on Ebay starting at £520 + delivery.

I'd be happy to take £500 from a forum member and stop the auction now.

I've completely refurbished, rewired and then re-styled this JAMMA arcade cabinet to a like-new 80's machine. It's a one of a kind machine and playing it is a fully authentic experience. From dropping a coin into the slot, to the look, feel and clicks of the joystick and buttons it's a super arcade!

Take a look at this video for a tour of the machine:

It's JAMMA so it can run hundreds of horizontal games - this sale includes two games:

Double Dragon - JAMMA standard connection, horizontal.

Puzzle Bobble 3 ( includes the Taitlo F3 motherboard, which means you can use any Taito F3 game )

It took a lot of time and work to source the best quality parts - some of which are very rare, and others were custom manufactured solutions ( like the control panel overlay and joystick housings ) all of which go towards making this machine look amazing. It always gets compliments. The monitor is an original CRT and is bright and clear with no 'burn' .. Because the cabinet was completely re-wired with new wires you can be confident that it will work time after time for hours of real retro gaming.

I documented the entire journey of this machine's refurbishment, on it's own website / blog
You can track exactly what work was done, where the parts came from, download the artwork and more.

Delivery is with a trusted courier - specializing in arcade machine delivery, or we can arrange something else.. you can pick it up from Glasgow. UK delivery only, sorry.

The cab is extremely well proportioned, and doesn't have a very large footprint.
Size: approx 162 x 59 x 74 cm  / 64 x 23 x 29 inches

Feel free to comment or ask questions. Thanks!
