This is an attempt to port the old monitor_specs lines to the new format used by GM. Please test so we can eventually add this monitor preset to GM:

I did some testing over the last couple of days with some random games.  I wanted to reply only when I had a thorough answer.  I tried two different setting in the custom section of mame.ini.  The column GM (Betson Test) is the one mentioned here.  The column GM (D9800 50Hz custom) is the one mentioned here.

The GM resolution that were at 2560x800 ran slower.  Not sure why GM chose that resolutions.  With the exception of Rampage and Tapper.   :dunno

As an experiment, I removed the Super Res of 2560x800 from the ReslList.txt file and rebooted.  GM then chose 2560x768 for those games.  (So I switched it back for now until we troubleshoot).
