awww... what a shame. This is exactly what people on the penny stock forums were accusing him and his family of back when this thread was fresh though. He seems like he would be perfectly capable of making a living without pulling this ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---. If the shares was his to sell, then he can sell them how he sees fit. It will be interesting how he inflated the shares fraudulently. It will be interesting how the authorities tracked his emails. It will be interesting how they (defendants) draw parallels to Bitcoin and it's fairytale method of value inflation. I see probation and a fine at most. |
