Cant Get the Updated Widescreen RetroGUI Layouts to work, HELP!!!

Ok i really love the old RetroGUI layouts that Nexus release many moons ago, Flip_Willie kindy updated these layouts into high resolution and widescreen variety for all major console and emulators. I downloaded his whole package from HERE

Im trying to use the widescreen mame layout, but have noticed there is only 2 types of files in each folder, an .png file (of the layout) and an .ai but mala needs a .mll file. How can i get these layouts from Flip_Willie to work please???
