My dream setup would be a showcase with a large, low-latency OLED at 4k (or higher) and a CPU with the grunt to use shaders to take full advantage of the resolution for good CRT pixel emulation.
Maybe by time I retire, it'll be in a price range where I would actually consider doing it
Till then, a crappy XP computer, a real 27" RGB CRT and a cheap AMD card running CRT-EmuDriver seems to do the job.
Anyone else amused that a necrobump to a nine year old thread has caused issues?
Makes perfect sense. Everything in that time period seemed to have caused some kind of issue with somebody.
