Good Deal?

There's an MK4 original cab for sale in my area for $400.  Looks to be in good condition, but I'd have to see it with my own eyes first.  There is also a UMK3 for sale that I'm thinking that I can get for $150 or $200 hopefully.  It also appears to be in pretty good shape.  My question is, are these good deals for these cabs?  I also may turn one of them into a mame cab, been looking for a decent 25" or so arcade monitor for a while and this may kill two birds with one stone.  Thanks.
