commercial joypad converters
« on: September 02, 2003, 04:57:06 pm »
can anyone (who has one) recomend some good console > PC joypad converters aviable in the UK.
I have a PSJOY PS > PC joypad converter (the non-64 one) but I want more ! ! !
I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE MY OWN ! ! !

ALSO - do ANY support lightguns

ADDITION;

I'm after ANY adapters, so long as they are good and not too expencive. A multi-platform converter would be good.

Perhaps you could tell us what consoles you want adapters for.

Well these are the ones I have seen:

N64 > PC
Gamecube > PC
Playstation > XBox
XBox > PC
Playstation > PC
Playstation > Gamecube

you can find these all here:

I picked up one of these the other week, www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=44&products_id=380.

Really impressed with it, no drivers required, just plug your PS2 pad(s) into the adaptor, then hook it up to XP and off you go.  All controls work, rumble, analogue etc.

I've used it on PC games, PSX games via ePSXe, and N64 roms under project 64.  ;D
