Here's a shot of the two sides held together with a test CP and the chamfer around the monitor.  I'm thinking about moving the controls in away from the sides a little bit to make a little more room for the hands but I think it may look a little funny...  IDK, I'll probably try it, it's not like I can't whip up another fairly quickly.

I would consider that if this weren't a thrifty build.  I'm still trying to work out how to get sideart on the cheap...

Love the cabinet shape!

Two questions:

1. What are the controls on the 8-in-1?  The one I have has a power switch, a reset switch and a single button.  I can't tell from the pictures or descriptions if it has some sort of reset or menu button.

2. Does it save scores?  I got one of the Ms. Pac/Galaga/Pole Position/ etc. ones that apparently was released by QVC that saves scores and I like the feature I just don't know how nor want to put in the effort of hooking up the steering for Pole Position...

After I've done one side will the bearing have a large enough place to ride?

Should have the original height in the center if you adjust your roundover bit right.   You may need to try on a few scraps to get the hang of it.  You can use a smaller radius and just touch it to each side until it looks good to you.   You don't need to get a bit with half the radius unless you want to rout a true half circle as your edge.   Actually a smaller bit is probably easier to work with as you just touch each edge and it leaves the center of the mdf.
