There are two volumes, one is the dial type & the other is software/menu based

Turn down the physical dial & turn up the software volume...if that doesn't work adjust them in the opposite direction...if that doesnt work sell it to PBJ

Where's the physical dial??

Its a metal stick stick on a metal box near the coin door inside the cabinet on the right side (I think its flat on one side for a knob to slip on but it never happened).

This is the case on all 3 of my Data East machines, take a look inside yours & see if that attribute survived through Sega & Stern....might have one.

Whitestar games don't have a physical volume potentiometer.
