thank you Susan for the prompt shipment, i wasnt trying to be difficult even-though it may have sounded so. I was worried you shut down the business after no responses, had I known I wouldnt have been so critical, also thank you very much for including extra parts, not necessary but really appreciate it, I will definitely reorder from you again when i need for my next project. I've been searching your site for this item (http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/il-translucent-buttons/809-clear-il-translucent-pushbutton-psl-l.html) everyday (usually once every 4 hours or so) since your original post but haven't seen this item in stock. Did I miss it or was there a delay?
