was talking to Ami from paradise arcade, they advertise here all the time, why is the problem me? i am entitled to my statements, I dished out $200 and was charged $20 on shipping therefore the items shouldve arrived on time, that's not a business

Susan and Brian have been nothing short of excellent when I've dealt with them. They're usually very prompt at communication, so perhaps something has happened that has cause them some delay?
Have you tried emailing, or PM'ing them first, before this public shaming?

Apparently the sarcasm didn't convey. There have been dozens of complaints about these folks taking money and then disappearing for weeks. I'm not sure why opt2not feels compelled to defend them.

yes i have many times, believe me i was surprised when i noticed the huge delay, several emails were sent, i got a very vague reply but nothing solid as far as orders go, many of my orders were in on time but also noticed their site was kinda slow so i thought server issues or some maintanance stuff going on, i hope they fix it up because my second order has passed 4 days already and no notification. I dont like to bicker but i ran across their post and thought i'd mention it to them
