I seem to be racing through the early stages ... there's no substitue for having good plans in place :laugh2:

Anyway, All except the top shelf has now been glued and screwed in place. Here's a pic with the legs in position:

I'll be making a mount for the tv that will sit in the empty cavities/tubes.

Edit:

To give you some idea of the scale, the legs are 70cm hight and the cabinet around 64cm wide.

Each leg is attached with 5 screws so it should be pretty secure, certainly feels it.

Are you using a table saw to cut the mdf?

Thanks! I cut the MDF with a circular saw, sadly I dont have a table saw :(

Here's stage 1 of the VESA mount. This thing needs to be pretty tough to hold the tv in place. The 'prongs' will fit down the cavities in the table legs. I will attach another piece with the correctly spaced holes for the tv to it.
