22" Touchscreen inwall Jukebox

I will try to fit the whole screen in the wall without removing the case.

But first things first.
Today I will be running some cable from the house to the stables (the stables have been converted into a bar).
Currently I have a 1.5mm Power cable going from the house to the stables. I'm going to change it for something stronger. Now I can hook up about 3600 Watt to it. But when I'm using the waterboiler (2000W) and the fridges and the lighting, it's just not strong enough.
And adding a computer to it won't help much.

Now that we're digging anyway I'm gonna put some coax and some cat6 ethernet cable down as well.

Distance to cover : about 20m (about 22 yards)
Temperature this afternoon: 33°C (about 91°F)  :-[

Pictures to follow.

We've done some work the last few days.

The distance we had to dig was 45 metres.
I put in a new power cable, grounding, 2 cat6 ethernet cables and a coax cable.

We cut the hole in the wall and placed in the screen.

We still have to make a cabinet for the pc and then mount the speakers in the room.

The 22" touchscreen built in the wall of the bar. We still have to make a frame to hide all the holes. Only the visible part of the screen will show then. The case will be hidden.

Picture from the back. For now I put two speakers in there, In the future I will hang them on the walls

Picture from the back with the PC and subwoofer. We will make a custom cabinet for the PC, we're doing some testing with the audio system, but I think I will buy new, more powerful speakers.

Wow - cool.  How did you cut the hole in the wall?

struisje:

First I drew the lines and made sure it was all level.
Then I used a tool like this (I don't know what the word is in english but in dutch it's 'slijpschijf')

I drilled a hole through the wall in every corner so I knew where to cut on the other side of the wall.

Then i used one of these to remove the remaining concrete and make it even.

TEKNYNE:

Top tool is an angle grinder and bottom is a roto-hammer or chisel hammer  or combination cant really tell.
