After a lot of work (and blood sweat and tears)
Custom artwork (Thanks Diederik and Coen for the help):
A movie of the cabinet, i could not embed it (dunno why looking into that)
It runs Hyperspin as front-end with 80 emulators
All parts are new
MSI FM2 mainboard
8GB 2400 mhz mem
AMD 5800K black edition
650W coolermaster PSU
20 Inch ASUS 4:3 monitor
80GB SSD + 3TB 3.5 HD.
I-PAC controller
HAPP joysticks and buttons
Amplifier and speakers
It's based on a design of Haruman, but it's edited to my needs. It's a little bit higher so all my parts would fit. It's CNC cut by Floris. Awesome work by him, really really great. You cannot beat a computer cut case.
There is plastic in front of the monitor and the marquee.
Behind the marquee there is a bright led strip. it's precisely correct when shining through a decal.
The monitor barely fits a really tight fit! I love it when there is a big screen in a small cabinet. I cut the bezel out of heavy black paper in one piece. Looks great and is cheap.
After a few test fits i painted the cabinet. And i used empty beer crates to let them dry
I got a very efficient amplifier from china. I connected that on the 12v mainboard connector because connecting it to the ATX directly gave a floating ground hum.
Control panel Always a lot of wiring. I mounted the I-PAC on the bottom of the panel.
I used Neutrik USB chassis parts on the front. That way you can connect XBOX 360 controllers to play games from consoles. In my opinion games that use triggers from console controllers should be plays with a controller and not a stick.
The marquee is based on Space Invaders, i drew and edited a lot to make it work.
Original:

I used google the find the artwork, and i used photoshop to make it the way it is. I got a lot of help by some friends with excellent photoshop skills, thanks a lot Diederik and Coen. I ordered the decals on a A0 format and used a scalper to cut it. It was suprisingly easy, but a lot of work to position them correctly.
My son inspected the decals
Right now i am finishing it. I have have minor scratches on the paint that i will rework with a little pencil. Easy work. And some of the software needs to be optimized. But other that that it's pretty much finished!
I got inspired by the Streetfighter cabinet Martijn made a long time ago. I did not want to copy it, and i did not want to make a SF cabinet, but i did like the colors and the way it was build. I guess it must be that we are both from the Netherlands that we have something with orange ;P
In my eyes it's still one of most beautiful builds ever :
