If you help out the faster FE devs will be able implement it :)

For those that don't know what it is.  It's a standardized dat file, like the history.dat, that will be available to FE devs in two forms as discussed among the FE devs.  XML and INI.  The purpose is to document controls of games in mame.  This includes what type of controls the games uses and labelling (like button 1 being 'Jump').  Also the format allows FE devs to use the dat file with your ctrlr file definitions so an FE might have the ability to display labels laid out like your control panel.
