Title: Newbie HELP.. Maximus fe

I am using Maximus as my front end. I was wondering what MAME should I use. Also where do I put it in Maximus?? Where do I put the ROMS??? Any help would be much appreciated. Anyone here from Iowa??

The version of MAME you use in Maximus doesn't matter.  However, the version of roms you have will need to determine what version of MAME you use.  Since you can set the paths in Maximus it doesn't matter where the roms are on your computer.  You just tell Maximus where your Mame.exe is located and then point it to your rom path.  However, for MAME it is recommended that you place the roms inside the rom folder in your MAME folder.
