Title: screen off center

I have a cocktail table arcade game with a 19" monitor and the games are not centered.  How do you adjust the vertical and horizontal picture?  Only needs minor adjustment. Please help

Depends on the make/model of the monitor.

it is an LG type# A48QAD220X

can you post a pic of the chassis?
