Title: carnevil light gun setup

i have my act lab guns working in every other guns game in mame but i cant figure out how to calibrate carnevil? f2 then - = to move up and down in the menu but what key or combination of keys to select ? i am not in front of it right now but i think is said test to select? do i have to map a key with the tab key first?

i had to hit f2 to select, on every other light gun game f2 would exit back out of setup menu so i never tried it  :-[ so far carnevil calibrated best of any on the gun games (dead on target) point blank is another story
