Title: Will This Work OK?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. 
I'm getting ready to start my arcade project.  I have all of the software worked out on this computer, but I need to move everything to another one.  I am going to be running MaLa as a frontend with Mame, Project 64, Fusion, Visual Boy Advance, and ZSNES.  I want to use an old TV (I think it's a 27").  I was looking for a new computer to use for the cab and I came across this.  Just wanting to know if it will run everything OK.  I'm not the most savvy of computer people.

it seems good to me, im runing an old p4 2.6ghz with i gb ram and a nvidia 5200 128mb agp card and it runs most games...
