Right, I got a 19'' arcade monitor and bought the arcade VGA card to work it! I've decided I dont want to use the arcade monitor as its a bit small and want to use a normal 25'' CRT TV that I have instead.
The arcade VGA card only outputs 15.8 Khz so i can't get it to work on my TV ?? Any way of changing it ?
If not, does anyone know of any good graphics card that is PCI or PCIe and have TV-out! I have no AGP slot on my m/board.
Really want to start making a scratch cabinet, but want to sort all this first!
Thanks

If you are going to use a TV you might get away with having the AVGA output in 15khz and then use a JROC or other converter to convert the colorspace and sync signals to component video. This way you can preserve the native resolutions of the games and the image quality.
