Title: Buttonbox 2 or minibox, have you made one i need advice?

Im trying to build a minibox it uses a AT90S2313 and a 74HC4066 processor , unfurtunyly they are not available here local, ebay shipping prices bump the project price around 10 bucks more, wich it makes the project qorthless since for 30 bucks you can buy an premade keywiz or ipac, so mi question its , are there any alternative processors i can use for this project? thanks for the help.
