Title: What's this game? (it's either Genesis or PS1)
Post by: Dartful Dodger on July 23, 2009, 07:52:28 pm
I was thinking of a fun sports game I played on Sega (I think, it could have been on the ps1).  But I can't remember it's name.

I think it was a four play game.  There was a ball and all 4 players would try and get the ball and put it in their goal.  The trick was that the field was a box that could rotate when a player hit a button along the wall.  Each player's goal was on a different wall so you'd have to have the ball and rotate the field so you could hit your goal.

I do not know of the game.
I can not think of a single Genesis game with 4 players

There's more than a few that supported four player. There's this list at Moby Games (http://www.mobygames.com/attribute/sheet/attributeId,142/p,16/) that lists four player games, but the list is all screwed up. Some pretty weird entries there. Aerobiz is listed (I guess it's four player, can't be much fun handing off the controller though) but not Micro Machines.  ???

I found it Blast Chamber (http://www.mobygames.com/game/blast-chamber)
It was a Playstation game.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I had a few 4 player games for Sega. Which is why I thought it was on the Sega, by the time PS came around my friends and I spent less time in someone's basement playing games.
We'd play "Barkley: Shut Up and Jam!" for hours.
