Title: CP graphic adhesive
Post by: Trebeck on July 09, 2009, 10:58:54 pm
Hey all,

Well I messed up my new CP graphic.  After a few days I got little air pockets appear. Especially around the button and stick cuts.  I can smooth them out but they'll appear in a few hours again.
So my question is, can I peel it off and use something stronger?  And what product can I use on vinyl?  I went to the Home Depot and most of them said not to use on vinyl.

Thanks

Just grab a very sharp sewing pin, and poke in an inconspicuous area. *black areas are the best, then just use a sharpie, and give it a little rub with your finger.

Well the lifts are all connected to the holes cut for the joysticks and the buttons.  I can push the air out completely but it will lift over a day or so.
Any ideas?

Did you use a burnishing tool to apply it?  Try going over it again with something like that after punching the tiny holes like BASS! suggested.
