Title: Disabled crosshair for lightgun Modified Nestopia 1.4 version

Couple of months ago I got a PC lightgun.
I wanted to play duckhunt and wild gunman.
But I couldn't find a NES emulator where i could disable the crosshair for lightgun games.
So i changed a little in the source code of Nestopia 1.4.

In this version the crosshair is always disabled for gun games.
