Title: Where can i find a "small" Mouse pointer?

I have the instant sheller from Gameex...I like it but...I have a hard time finding the mouse if i need it...is there anyway i can change that mouse pointer into a gray dot instead of the black dot( making it easier to see, but wont distract me from playing...? Or is there a site that anyone knows of where I can find a mouse pointer smaller than the factory XP version?

plus some nice arcade themed ones
