Title: Sanyo EZ 19 Inch question for Punch-Out!!

Does anyone know where I can purchase the cardboard bezels for Nintendo Punch-Out!! ? I have looked everywhere and cannot find ones that will fit the sanyo ez.

Mike sells a nice moulded plastic piece for the 19" vertically mounted.  I am tempted to go this route or cut my own out of thick construction paper.

I bought two of those thinking I could just trim them to size and drill the holes to mount it on the bracket. Sadly the opening does not fit nicely over the Sanyo monitor. I am calling them on Monday to return them :(
