Title: trackball help with latest version on mame?

I am using this, what I believe is the latest version on mame.

mame0130b.exe

When I was using a version on mame 32 all I did was go into the "ini" folder and set mouse to "1"

However with this latest version of mame I can seem to find the "ini" folder.  I'm try to get games like centipede etc.  to work using the trackball.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I found the docs folder and then found the confg folder

Then I located the section on "mouse" and "multimouse"

How should I set these parameters to get the trackball to work?

Am I getting close?
