The are also some Time-Outs and Aladdin's Castle in some of the malls.

Well, they have a cool thing where you pay for an amount of time and in that time you can play INFINITE games! And you can pause that time if you need to... get the timed instead of the credit...

Do you know if this is owned by the same people that owned the FunZone on 1st avenue in River Grove, north of North Ave?

I used to play Battletech at North Pier when I used to live in chicago. Looks like it's no longer at North Pier but at Dave and Buster's at 1030 N. Clark St. If you've never played Battletech I recommend going there and checking it out. It's kind of expensive to play but is by far the best video game I have ever played. This version of Battletech isn't even listed on Klov. Here is the link to the company that makes it. http://www.virtualworld.com/

Anthony691, that nickel arcade is in Barrington I believe. I have been to it once, amazingly enough a girl i was dating at the time took ME their!
Also for you GameWorks fans, Thursday nights from 9 - 12 PM Ladies play free! The Frat used to get together and go then, it was an EZ way to get the girls together and the guys to play all night.
BTW, when i was at GameWorks one night i ran into that same video game playing chick that took me to the nickel arcade! So guys don't give up, their is girls that want to play video games too!

My girlfriend is one such girl. I didn't have a Playstation 2 so she is lending me hers. Can't play versus games with her, though. She's a sore loser.
