HI
I BUY A NEW TV 21' ELECTRA WHIT component video
I BUY ALLSO A VGA TO RGB CABEL AND CONNECT IT TO ARCADE VGA CARD 2
WHEN THE XP LOAD I SEE A ROLLING PIC AND STRIP ON THE SCREEN
IS IT BECUSE I CONNECT through the component video and not rgb
what the different from RGB to component video?? to my arcde vga card!

component video is not the same as rgb.
if i'm not mistaken, component video has the luminance sig and sync on the green ....
rgb has the luminance component ( contrast ) as part of the signal and seperate sync
composite video has all components ( luminance, chroma, sync ) integrated in a single line.
u might try a converter ( found on google search)
